Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Pre-Orders Pre-order items will ship once stock arrives at our warehouse (Early-Mid October). Estimated ship dates are noted on the product page.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
